Obituary of Peter Dieterich

Peter Dieterich - born October 27, 1943 - passed peacefully at the Highlands at Brighton nursing home in Rochester NY on April 24, 2018, at the age of 74 after a long struggle with Parkinson's.  He is predeceased by his mother, Leoni Dieterich and survived by his daughters: Maia (Pete) Colucci and Trina (Wayne) VanNewkirk and six grandchildren: Nolan and Devan Colucci;  Claire, Hanna, Owen and Cary VanNewkirk of Rochester NY.  He was also loved by his companion Bonnie Morgan, and her children, Wynn (Heather) Morgan and Kate (Justin) Whitcomb;(grandchildren) Ian, Grace and Chloe Morgan; Ashlynde Whitcomb; and his brother Frank.  

Peter loved spending time with his family, fixing things around the house, traveling, sailing and back in the day was a huge ham radio enthusiast.

The family will celebrate Peter's life privately.
