It has been a few days past the one year anniversary.It took me this long to be able to write, dear Nick. You were so special to me, but I respected how you still kept your priorities straight and were there for your family, too. I cherish so much about you.. even your sarcasm and your favorite expressions, including "Chill." Luv ya always.

Nick, your smile lit up every room you entered, and my heart as well. I know that you are relaxing, watching all the Yankee games, and anxiously awaiting football. Everyone misses you, but we all hold special memories in our hearts and minds, and that is why we can still smile.
