Obituary of David Clinton Wagner

Wagner, David Clinton Born May 22, 1953 David left us suddenly on December 28, 2016 at age 63. Predeceased by his father, Walter Wagner. He is survived by his loving wife, Alice R. Wagner; mother, Janet E. Wagner of Castleton, NY; brother, Christopher G. Wagner (Lori Gerkin); children, David Nathaniel (Nicole) Wagner, Bryan William (Amanda) Wagner, Colleen D. (Mitchell) Lefave, David J. (Kassidy) Ryan; grandchildren, Dexton, Liviana, Aubrie, Caden, Kyla and many extended family members & friends; last, but not least, his baby girl Daisy (Dachshund). David worked for Performance Technologies for 23 years, recently retiring in 2014 at which time he spent most of time rebuilding antique tractors and target shooting his black powder firearms. Every year for many years David was a faithful member of the Steam Pageant Antique Tractor Festivities in Canandaigua. As a teen and throughout the 70's he was best known as the drummer for the "Dark Side" a popular band in the Albany area and in later years, 1993-2004, he was known as the drummer for a Rochester and Finger Lakes area band known as "Rawkass". Family & friends are invited to call, MONDAY, 2-6 PM at Lucey-VanVoorhis Funeral Home (301 W. Main St., Victor) where a funeral service will be celebrated at 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in support of the ASPCA or the Steam Pageant Association
